reg rec NC24

hi there i am currently ripping my nc24 apart (well did that last night) to track it
an was wondering what reg rec from another bike (something a bit newer that wont break on me) that i can use
also where can i get a new alternator from for the 24 cause battery not charging so need a new one again
lastly where can i find a wiring diagram for it as i am thinking of building my own loom

serious track use or temporary?
remove the lot and use an optimate between sessions....job jobbed

you sure its the altenator?
A reg/rec thats dead will stop the battery chargin too.
it's rare they both go unless your using a crap battery and run it for ages.

Get one of those... 03-05 R6 reg/rec... there bullet proof.
The most impoartant thing is to have a GOOD battery!
The older / mistreated the battery the harder it is to charge.. the reg-rec dumps the excess charge as heat, which is easy to fry the original ones as their not great insualted.

not too sure was just gunna replace both while the bike is in bits to save doin it later an not sure weather to run it total loss or not what peeps think??

Why not go total loss then and just charge up between goes? Save some ballache and if you wanted to save the battery you can always bump it
