Is there a glich in the Matrix?

I seem to have lost the ability to reply to threads. Can't quote people either and my only choice is a 'new topic'.
Is anyone else experiencing this and is it a browser or server problem?

yes - maybe there's not enough ventilation ??? An IT man once told me I needed close and reopen the windows :o
