re 3TJ Seat Unit

Thanx for the offers.... but have checked over the Aprilia subframe (including sitting on the end of it and bouncing up and down and before anyone says so I know that sounds wrong lol) and it appears to be strong enough after all.
So Have been busy this weekend. Broke off the fibre-glassing I did a couple of years ago and prepped and sprayed the panels again in their original shape. Still have the original seat pad too so happy dayz.
Needed rear pegs and hangers but can get them cheaply on Ebay. One slight problem was the exhaust can mount point being on the wrong peg hanger, typical of Aprilias, but RS50 hangers are right-sided so using those instead of RS125s.
The Aprilia 1994 RS125 seat unit really works on the 3TJ FZR400 and being curvy looks much nicer and more modern than the original 80's looking square one. People find it hard to believe it's a 20 year old bike
Will post some pics and, if anyone is interested in seeing how it goes together, I can start a thread on it.
