Simple questions which I'm pretty sure I know the answer too, but just too make sure I'll ask anyway.

Firstly sticker removal. One of the previous owners has stuck these werid shaped things (kinda like a face) on the rear seat unit. Whats the best way to remove them?

Is there a way of removing the front seat without taking the whole seat unit off?

Finally, since I've had my NC30 I've done about 300km. I've got it serviced and ridden about 20km since. However I checked my coolant and its really really low!

Is it just normal coolant you use to top up?

if its an nc30 you cannot remove the seat without removing the whole rear unit.

i know its a real pain, the trick is to remove the rear part by the lights the grab each side of the seat and pull it gently apart and then slide the unit forward and up.

as for the stickers, if they are laquered over there isnt much you can do, if the arn,t maybe try heating them up as it may loosen the adhesive.

Cheers, managed to get the unit off easily. Discovered my bike has a M-Max box fitted as well :)

Try a hair dryer using hot heat, should soften the glue then peel off.
As for the seat, I have velcroed mine on as it's easier to whip off.

use a coolant for bikes , it will be silicate free so wont damage your water pump over time, best get premixed coolant as its just a case of open rad and tippin it in, you will have to remove seat unit to top up the coolant overflow bottle to the required level, i use this

i bought 3L for a complete coolant change , think you only need 2 but its handy to have some spare for top ups

WD40 on a rag works great for removing the glue residue
