start with 32psi and check when there warm that you dont get more then 2psi raise when warmed up.
depends if it is on the road or track,,,,, i find 30 rear and 31-32 front at the track :)

33f/33r is a good start if you are riding on your own, put it up to 36 if you carry a pillion.
Ducati 916, not worth a carrott
