well lads has any 1 any good techiques or tricks on removing stuck pilot jets out of the carb ,,the jets in mine are stuck and if i use force the brass of the jet fractures and breaks off easily,,i dont want to butcher them so im posting here 1st before i do any irreversable damage ta for looking lads

Kev, try a small pair of narrow tip pliers if you can get them in there.
Usually when corroded/stuck you only need to break the initial seal (about 1/8 turn) and they'll come loose after that easily.
You could also try spraying some penetrative spray (wd40 etc) in there and leave it overnight, but you should probably wash all of this out before putting them together (more hassle).
A really well fitting screwdriver will help a lot also if yours doesn't fit absolutely correctly, and push it down hard while trying to undo it (try option 1 & 2 above first before forcing it!).

They are very soft! If Data Racer's tips don't work, try an impact driver (carefully!) or vice grips as a last resort.

i tried using a good fitting slot head crew driver bit on the pilot jet but the jet woudnt budge and any force i used was just distorting it further,,they are very soft is right,i think i mite invest in a quality long nose plyers before i go down that route of removal lol its a bit of a tight squeese to be using a vise grips on even for a mini vise grips :) but sure has to be done
