No one in the UK makes a pipe. Ive looked into it but they'd cost more than most people pay for the bike so ive never bothered. You can get them in Japan but again cost lots.

I have a set of T&R thin wall stainless headers on mine. I had them made in the uk and jigs made at the same time. They make link pipes and cans too. Had a stainless can originally now running one of there carbons.

Hey stripes, you will know how much they are to build then if ya got a custom set- i can get 30mmx0.9mm tube mandrel bent and can tig stainless at home but its expensive, especially when you got to purge all the stainless pipes before welding to get quality welds. People dont want to spend more than the price of their bike on a pipe.

actually they worked out cheaper to buy than genuine suzuki. also allows more than for more on the dyno as the factory is restrictive.
they aren't a single size pipe all the way through. dont forget you'll need smaller primaries. And if your bending with a mandrel bender you'll need special tooling for the tight bend radius at the cylinder end or you'll be hitting the front wheel

so what would be a "reasonable" price for a set of newly fabricated replacement header pipes?
