why don't it fit

i have a cbr400rr-k , the air tube fittings do not fit the frame . am i missing something , are the J and K fittings different , the holes on the frame are about 150mm apart and on the mounting about 140mm apart

I believe the 1988 and 1989 model ones are slightly different..

Your best bet is to give GF buzz or David Silver..

The air box is definately different. Not noticed the tuvbes to be different

The ducting is different for the two, I have all the bits you need for yours as my RR-J had a cracked frame which I replaced with a later RR-K and needed to change the ducting too. I would happily sell both tubes and the little grill bits that attach to the frame but I'm at uni and wouldn't be able to get hold of them for at least 3 weeks. Make me an offer if you are prepared to wait that long, if not I'm pretty sure GF will stock these.
