Difference of exhausts between 75A and 75B?

Hi mates,
Is there any difference between the exhaust systems of GK75A and GK75B?
Because someone is selling an exhaust system for GK75B (I've never heard about that bike
),and I'd like to know if I can use it on my GK75A?
