You can make adapter plates that mount to the standard mounting position, and you mount your rearsets to this plate at a lower position to suit your riding style. You can even have multiple mounting positions, up high for the track, down low for commuting.

Is there enough room to go lower, i could only see room to go higher because of the exhaust. Dont spose you have a picture?

Cheers dave

Just had a quick squiz at my nc30's and there doesn't seem to be any reason why you can't go lower (mine have aftermarket exhaust systems, and no heat shield).

I don't think it will be an issue, just get hold of some plate aluminum cut it to a decent shape and drill 4 holes in each. You might need a different length gear shift rod, but easily done.

You might be able to turn some regular jack-up plates upside down? Just a thought.

Thanks for your replys guys. The exhaust is the problem, the standard link pipe is very close to the rearset so you cant really go much lower without spacing them out around 30mm.

the jack up plates are a good idea i could knock up some spacers flip them upside down and see, not sure what it woulod feel like to ride with the rearsets spaced out though :?
