Worth it? That's subjective.
According to the manufacturer, you don't need to re-jet it. Therefore, it's as restrictive as standard, so no performance gains to be had.
Presumably, it's just a bit louder than the standard silencer, so if that's worth the money to you....

With a k&n and dyno time yes, but otherwise as Jaicen says.
