fuel tap - tyga kits...

hopefully anyone with a tyga kit can give me an idea to my problem, i am not using a tyga kit as listed in the topic but a cbr 600rr body, and the issue i have come up against is if i use the tank trims i hide the fuel tap.
for those who have purchased a tyga kit, how do you get around this...is the fuel left on all the time? looking at the k-conversion kits they leave a big gap under the tank which would solve my problem but not the look i am after.
see pics below, any ideas would be great..

Fill up every 100km's?
i reckon you could drill a hole in the seat front and make up some sort of stylish adapter.
Or leave it on reserve and fill up every 150km's....
Edit: Get that thing painted pugparcels! I and probably others are left hanging seeing how good it will look when sprayed. Hell, you could even buy a can or two of spray pack and get rid of that gay pride paintjob!

I know - sorry for the delay, with our second kiddy, impeding wedding & putting the angle grinder through my foot i have been struggling lately.
the problem i have is the tap touches the side panel, it does not come further than that. If i just cut a hole it is going to look really ugly. Thats why i wondered what was done when a tyga kit was used.
I will get her painted asap. I still have loads to do / aquire .....
rear tyre
both wheels to be powdercoated
new seals for rear caliper & piston
finish riders seat
bar ends
coolant overflow bottle - like the tyga one
sort out the electrics ( when i turn the indicators on the brake light flashes - bad earth )
new front brake pads for sp1 calipers
However the 'done' list is far greater so i am headign the in the right direction.

ok now confused, am now assuming more than one type of tyga kit available or have they changed in design with age?
anyhow i am either gona have to cut my panel or make cover that can be removed quickly - dzus style fastners.
i am only gonna turn fuel on / off when i go to work and come home in theory.
