can someone help, which type of discs are meant to be on a gsxr 400 gk76a, i bought some discs recently which the supplier said should have movement on the buttons as they were correct for the bike yet the mot station would not pass it as there was movement on the buttons. are there meant to be floating discs or semi floating discs

The standard discs are semi-floating and so will only move side to side if you push quite hard on the disc. They usually fail an MOT for movement forward and back as there should be zero movement in this direction.
