I've recently purchased a new bike which I will be using everyday for work. Despite its size being physically compariable to my NC30, I find the more up to date ergonomics more comfortable over distance (contrary to its sports replica design).

Unfortunately, due to enjoying riding my new bike, my NC30 hasn't had some attention as of late and It's still due an MOT. I have made my insurance company aware of this situation and it's currently insured for fire and theft until I find the time to get it properly back on the road again.

CBR - was around £7.2, which is a fair lump more han the NC.

i have to admit when i changed to the RR i did think i would miss the old nc30, don't get me wrong i've a massive soft spot for them but when i took one for a MOT in march it was like oh my god how the heck did i not change sooner

I know what you mean; riding/running in the RR today was just...sublime. So much more composed than my R6. Everything just works how it's intended that I'm finding it very hard to fault any aspect of the bike - well, the gearbox is a little stiff in comparison to the Yamaha (especially with only 104 miles on the clock) and the seat's a little hard (but no heavy wrists after mileage), but that's....about it.

I'm almost certain it's the finest handling bike I've owned to date - which is weird, as my NC30 last year felt like it was tailored to me (it has been). The Cibber's almost surreal - like the bike's going around corners and doing things that I want it to do, but without me actually asking it to do so - I'm almost certain the thing's handling is utilising a pre-programmed GPS unit, and the bike's just running on my navigational skills. Lord knows what it'll be like when I start throwing it around properly.

Nice looking CBR and a really nice colour. If I were to buy a CBR it'd be in either that livery (very similar to last years HRC 'Blade colour) or a white one. Health to ride, but please don't call it a Cibber please, that's like when people call GSX-R's Gixers, it's just not right

even after all these years the nc still looks special next to pretty much anything.
