Hi M8, although the chain is adjusted using the eccentric cam in the swing arm, like the 30 and 35, the process is different. If you look at the rear of the swing arm you'll see two pinch bolts, loosen these. You should also note that there are a number of holes in the hub housing (from front to rear round the housing) get a nice fitting allen key (or similar) in one of these holes and you'll find that it turns along the line of the bike. It may well be very stuck but keep at it, lots of lubricant squirted in and it'll start to shift, if this doesnt work you'll have to dismantle the hub. Once it's moving it'll be obvious how to tighten the chain. Don't forget to tighten the pinch bolt once you've sorted the chain.
Just been out and had a look-see rather than using the Swiss-cheese like memory. The holes are actually in the hub mechanism and only two at a time are visible through an aperture in the swing arm / hub carrier, the apperture sits between the two pinch bolts, honestly it's a lot more obvious than my expaination would imply. The point is though that those C spanners won't work on the NC24

don't tighten it too tight though. leave about 1/2 inch slack at the middle point of the chain , measured whilst you sit on the bike.
