carbs and o-rings

ive got a kit of o-rings off ebay comming.they are the viton ones, i think there off someone off her(ebay username xboxxboxxbox).

any idea off how to fit them?

Steve, regarding a 71F i don't know if the set i do will fit or not as it's for the 76/73 but i can get Viton o'rings in any size so if you can measure any you need i can get them.

i find the thorttle cable is a bitch to get out, how do you guys do it?

look under near the metal place theres a 10mm nut un do it then it should be easier to undo :)

Second that. Nice and easy to remove from grip, but a complete pain in the arse to disconnect the other end.

Agreed, I just did the job on mine. Much easier to remove the twistgrip, it's just two screws.

Having said that, I have no idea at all how to find the slide holder, the idle screws need a smaller o-ring than a 4.5m and the BS010 seem to be too big, they don't fit into the jet...
Still, i'm hoping that it will run up when I put it all together tomorrow!
