OK so this is not new to a lot of you, however just started my NC30 for the first time with the baffle out

Liked it so much I've chopped the baffle done to about quarter length and refitted it. Takes the edge of the noise just a tad, sounds great still yet subtle at tickover and best of all looks like the baffle is in

why not just not run a baffle?

I put mine in for my MOT last year, then took it strait out only time iv used it since then was a trackday at castle combe to be on the safe side but lost it after that. done a couple more trackdays since then and the bike just went through the mot fine without it.

Run with the baffle out mate, get a new end cap with no hole for fixing a baffle and with no "not for road use" markings, then unless the copper wants to be a real :wanker: your be ok. Its criminal to cover up the mighty V4
