Hi All
When removing a NC30 engine do you need a special 'castle' socket for the upper rear frame bolt or is that just for the lower swing arm bolt. (have attached a pic)
Have noticed these sockets on ebay for other Hondas for the swing arm. Are these all generic honda or is there a place on the net that sells NC30 ones...

You will also need the same sized castle socket for the lower right hand side engine mounting bolt castle nut as well as that upper rear bolt! It seems to be covered by the non-standard fairings in that pic. Good luck and have fun!

But you don't need this tool to take it out, only to put it back in.

Cheers all.
Have bought the tool off Rick so hopefully should do both.
Cleaning the new engine seems to be the biggest pain so far....

Old enginer is out ! :D
But the rear adjuster bolt is kind o knackered...
Good thing have a spare!
19 years of dirt and crap in the frame is gonna be a task to clean!!!!
