My r6 shock has arrived!
Hi all, The r6 shock arrived in the post today.
It looks in good shape except for a small dent in the horizontal cylinder just below the two damper adjustment screws.
Anyone know the function of the cylinder?

I will rephrase my question.Evilchicken0 wrote:It alters high and low speed rebound damping
Is the cylinder a oil/gas reservoir or does it contain a piston which would be rendered
inoperable if the outer cylinder has a small dent in it?
