Hi Guys

Bit of assistance with NC24 required, does anyone here have an original toolkit with their bike? They’re missing from both of our bikes and I’d like to put something like the original back on them. Photographs or written descriptions all welcome.

Secondly, the fairing fixing to the rear side fairing panels, the large spring loaded jobbie that’s a push and 900 twist, I presume that they are a rare as rocking horse poo and I’ve not seen them on e-bay DSS or Wemoto, any thoughts as to where they might be available?

As for the what I presume is a Dzus google Dzus or try david silver spares maybe?

It probably will be similar Druid, but there again the hub/swing arm adjustment is completely different, so the adjustment tool (actually an allen key does it) will at least be different.

I'm confident it's not a Dzus fastener mate, it's a really big plastic spring loaded jobbie, I know this as the one I did have has fallen out and lost itself Thanks very much for your thoughts though

Iff your on about the big 1/4 turn fastners that hold the side panel on , I got 2 last year from the local honda shop.

Think they were about £5 each tho

give these a try got quite a bit of nc24 gear(and they list the parts you want) but sssshhhh! dont tell anyone or all the stock will go.

as for the tool kit i will post the parts manual page for you when i can. thats a basic drawing listing all honda part numbers

There not rare at all. David Silvers and Lings have them both instock.. you'll have to buy all 4 parts separatly, there about £5 for all 4 pieces

As for the tool kit, most honda kits are the same, apart from the C spanner that you use to adjust the swingarm with.. get a kit off a new fireblade for cheap and just buy the C spannner.

Thanks all, especially Neo, I'll sort the fixings from DSS now I have the part numbers. The tool kit I'll get put together too, most bit there seem farly obvious, but can anyone tell me what 2, 3, 4, and 15 are, 'fraid I don't read Japanese.

Part #2 is a 10mm Box Spanner
Part #3 is a 16mm Plug Spanner
Part #4 is a 17/19mm Socket Spanner for the rear wheel nuts.
Part #15 is a spanner handle (Spanners #16 and #17 fit into it for extra leverage:)

I have started scanning the parts book but it takes a while. I'll put it on my site when i'm done.
