hi
i would like to know if anyone has found a good setup for the original forks for the track my front is currently running 4 lines on the preload and 6 clicks on the rebound ajustment.

Depends on weather springs/internals are standard or not, if they are id suggest a rebuild with springs for your weight as my experience with the standard springs is not good. I now have the rick oliver upgrade kit in mine and thats perfect on the track, cant remember the settings but i'll make a note of them when im next in the garage.

i think they are standard internals i would like to have them rebuilt with track internals but havn't got the $$$ for that at the moment. but thanks for the advice

Rick olivers kit is about £100, cheapest way to sort the front end
