hi before i start im not new to this site i just could not log in i had to register again for some reason,anyway hows it going guys.i have a annoying problem and if any of u could help i would be very gratefull.right,i was out yesterday on my tri arm nc23 and i was practising getting my knee down so i was tipped on the rigt side majority of the time and i had a very close high side,so i pulled over and noticed my right boot was coverd in oil so a look closer had reveld that where the clutch cable hooks on to the um dont know what it is called,the thing that moves back and 4 when you pull the clutch in,well anyway thers a seal the an o ring i thing thats where the oil was coming out off.so i took the caseing off and with my fiddling i managed to break the,its like a little pin that goes in the pushrod,i think its called that anyway i need to know what the name is for it so i can order it and the name of the seal i need.anyhelp much appreicated guys i know i havnt explained my problem very well but any help please.cheers guys

do u mean the rubber grommit same as the nc29 ??

im not two sure its some kind of a rubber seal.i presume its the same as 29 not two sure though

Hi mate, I have done exacly the same thing, I think that you are talking about the sprung pin that fits into the rod and holds the spring in place and allows it to return. Graeme France quoted me £2 so no train smash. Not ordered it yet though!!

yeh thats the one mate,2 pound thank god and the seal on top of that rod i need,i had a qoute of david silver spares and it was 60p for the pin thing and 2.50 for the seal presuming the guy on the phone knew what i was talking about,he said he did.

Sounds about right. you may need to silicone the top too as I found mine still dribbled oil
