Mine had same problem but rear lights also didn't work (side lights) problem was found to be the earth wire on the connector on the top fairing. The horn should have I think light green & green/stirpe cables, if you've got access to a multimeter, set to dc volts range and put across the 2 wires and press the button on the horn, should be voltage, if not then you can check the earth connection to the bike, set meter to ohms or contiunity test (buzz when u tough the 2 leads) test between (I think it's the light green) and any metal work on the bike and it should buzz. The connectors on the top fairing bracket I've found are very prone to breaks in the connetions so might just be worth having a good look. Failing that it could be the switch, but I'm an electrician by tade and into alarms and cctv now & I went through a few switches lol before I found the black/brown stripe was split and providing the earth connection for the horn and rear lights etc lol
