Hello, and some questions...

New NC-30 owner in the US here. It's a 110 series so I believe that's a '92?
When I purchased the bike it has the carbs removed, as they were in the midst of rejetting. I took the bowls off, and everything looked nice and clean, and I believe that it has the 118/115 jet setup. It has the stock exhaust on it, and I was wondering if that jetting will be too rich?
After putting the carbs back on, the it ran like crap, and pretty much won't pull past about 6K. I made sure the speedo was connected to make sure I wasn't seeing the ignition cutout due to the limiter.
I pulled the carbs back off, and found the airscrews full in. I gave them 2.5 turns out, but haven't reinstalled the carbs until determine if I should change the jets.
What do you think?
thanks,
