I've got a nc23 rrk and have just managed to get hold of some nc29 fork tops with preload adjustment. I'm just wondering how i should set them up with the orignal internals for now as i'll have to wait a while to upgrade the internals. I find the front dives to fast at the moment on the braakes and I use up nearly allthe travel.I weigh 16st 4 and really enjoy fast road and track days .

Any ideas in oil weight and levels anyone?

15wt
120mm airgap with the fork fully compressed,no spring
you should get some decent springs suited to your weight
racetech is the go...
the front end will feel magic

thanks for that Stimpy i'll give that a go i'm busy trying to have the spare cash at the moment to upgrade the springs as work gave me a 2% pay rise but moved me onto a 4 day week from 5 but i'll get there in the end!!
