Lucky Strike Paint
I am intending to do a lucky strike replica paint job on my RVF but never having seen the Suzuka winning bike in the flesh (so to speak), does anyone have an idea of the paint code so I can get some Two Pack mixed. Looking at the pictures available it appears to be somewhere between Ducati red and a dark red that BMW do on their cars, possibly close to VW's tornado red?
Can anyone help?

Re: Lucky Strike Paint
That is a tough one. Perhaps any Suzuki boys that made a replica back in the day could help? You have to assume it is the same red as the luckies branding is anyways?
If it comes to it I doubt any smart ass is going to get a spectroscopic analysis of the colour and pull you for being a shade out!
I think that scheme is great but I cannot abide smoking so not going to do it..although i fancied a Rothmans earlier this year...

Re: Lucky Strike Paint
Thanks for the pix, it looks a little brighter than I thought, definatley brighter than the red Suzuki used on their lucky strike bikes.
Possibly quite close to the red Ducati use, also looks a little like Porsche Guards Red?
