seem to have a restrictor fitted, where do I look and how do I remove it, and over come it,
It was of plug no.1, got that sorted now, just need to service, (plugs, oil, filter)

It drives smoothly, revs cleanly, and runs o.k, just wont rev past say 9 or 10,000 revs,

I feel like a learner again, :spank:

any info, greatly appreciated.
