OK, the system it here, fitted and the bike is running. Just recieved a new set of yokes and forks and gave the top yoke a lick of fresh paint and the same to the fork lowers. The pipe-work up to the cans will need some autosol attention and a few more springs to keep it all together. Will also need a few bits for the new front end, but I'll source them over the next month of two. Calipers, lines, master-cylinder, clip-ons and a few other bits. Target completion date is before August, fingers crossed.

Less talk and more pics. Front end is in. RVF yokes, clip-ons, forks, alloy captive wheel spacers, Rick Oliver fitting kit with bearings, axle and pinch-bolt, braided hoses, c/f mudguard etc etc. I just need calipers and that's me done. I have taken the cans off to auto-sol them tonight/tomorrow and that should be me done. Just have to torque the rest up, MoT and tax the bike and get fit to ride it again. I did fall over yesterday and tear my hamstring on the bad knee so that's probably added a month or 2 to my physio time and a bit longer out of the saddle :( Bad times.

And what do you think of the re-covered suede seat??? Sexy time or silly time?

suede seat is not only a fashion statement, they are actually quite good at saving your ba..s from denting the tank...
