Re: RVF RT Suzuka build
Not much to see at the minute

One of the sleeves is split so just going patch that up from the inside
Hanger needs bending back to position
And repacking obviously, luckily the inner perforated tubes are still usable as there bespoke to these cans
I still think these systems have the best looking pipework

That looks different to mine, I don't think my pipe diameter increases after the weld.

I believe there are early and late versions of these systems although i didn't know the pipework changed, i thought it was just the cans. This one is the same as the last one i had.

Re: RVF RT Suzuka build
One type of can has rivet bands each end and a glossy finish to the carbon where as the other type has no rivet bands and quite a dull finish.

I can't get near it so here's one I robbed off photobucket. Mine looks different to yours slightly.

Re: RVF RT Suzuka build
I've just noticed your front pipe link pipe has a spring loop on it the same as mine, I wonder why this was done ?

Re: RVF RT Suzuka build
They come with a large jubilee clip that has a hook tacked onto it which fits around the front downpipe so you can spring fit the 2 sections together.
