i dont even know how the hell this happend.....i thought i snapped the screw part in the head, and i was swearing a lot and shouting but then realized it was only the back part..

I cant beleve thats happened ive never seen anything like that before. Either you have been really rough with that plug or its a fault because that shouldnt have any strain on it when you tourque it up.

i can assure you i was not rough with it. just hand tightened and then a little nip up with wrench, like i do to all my plugs.

one thing i forgot to mention, before i removed the plugs i tried to start the bike, and it sounds like its about to work, like i mean very, very close. but it backfired, like a 5-6 times., not consecutively but it still did it.

I've never seen that before. You would have to be very unlucky to have purchased the only faulty spark plug ever made...

That should not (and usually can not) happen. My guess is that you used wrong or faulty tools for the job.

nop. i used a deep socket, cant remember the size, but it is a flush, direct fit on the plug. extension rod and a nice wrench. :p honestly, i did not to anything wrong, i was un-tightening it, it was getting loose and loose, then it goes snap....

You say you thought the thread had snapped in the head and started shouting but surely you wouldnt realise this had snapped untill you pulled the plug out after undoing it?

Unusual question i know but im just trying to get my head around how this happened my only theory is somehow you attached a tool to the white part of the plug and put too much stress on it and snapped like this, also from that photo it looks like the plug has started to round off but its hard to tell.

I've had a couple a car plugs do that, one a them things mate, put a bit of copper grease on the threads when you put them back in aswell.

its not rounded off. and i didnt quite understand what you mean, im confused the socket i use is a direct fit.

Yea i didnt explain that very well tbh, but i guess if your 100% sure you used a correct fitting socket then its probably just bad luck.

just gonnna send these 3 to Ricky along with carbs and CDI's to get em tested.
