I'm having trouble with the left can though, it's not mounting correctly, it's sticking out way too far, it's so out of position:

Here's the left can, its just way out:

The rear header pipes, they look out of position causing the can to be way out, but I don't know any other way to mount it?

You probably just need to slacken it off, make the adjustments and retighten. I had a few attempts before getting it right with the twinstack they do, for what its worth though JHA systems do turn into the bike as they exit but yours does look a bit too much

My TSRs where a nightmare to aline but I was told by others with them it's easier to get the cans in position and then tighten them and work backwards towards the engine rather than tightening everything and leaving the cans to the end.

It costed me some time too to get my TSRs aligned, and like Rhory I then once started from canisters to the front pipes and was easier to get aligned and fitted. All perfect.

@hawk, What happened with the JHA's? the left canister has a hugh scratched part at the front side, is it crash damaged system? So the pipes and hanger may have bend?

Yeah it was on a track bike before, been crashed....many times... :( I don't know how to fix the skin, nobody does carbon kevlar here. Any ideas on how to reduce the appearance of scars? they're on both cans and they just draw your eye cause they're so big.

Yeah the brackets have been cut and bent in all sorts of directions to fit a tyga subframe.....GRRrrrrrr....but luckily Michael Ruhl, he's the guy with fuel injection on his rvf, had the oem brackets in storage and should be sending them over, I don't know if he has or not already.

I know Michael, I have visited him some time ago...his rvf is stunning! He has a jha sp1 system, very nice that you could get brackets sorted from him. Sure he has sent them, maybe he is just busy these days. The kevlar on the jha cans may be fitted over an alloy type of sleeves, so to repair the kevlar may be difficult. The bend pipes may need some heating on the right spots before you attempt to do so. Or get some new canisters custom made....pros is newish, to your style and sounds, cons is top dollar/euro's leaving a hole in your wallet.

Yup, he sent them this monday, going to have to be patient though, DHL Germany post is pretty slow.

Just had it dyno'd, it's making 64hp. The first run was with the Moriwaki twin stack, then the second with the JHA, then the third was with another set of carbs from another bike, my carbs were stuffed.
