I have a Micron end can that takes a 98mm sleeve, and GF does 3 bolt to 50mm adaptors, I think depending on the price I could go for 3 sleeves

From memory it worked out about £50 per sleeve and id need 15 orders to make use of the 6 metres with the sleeves cut to 400mm in length.

ID will be 99.2mm
OD will be 100.8mm

If enough people are will to money down then i'll contact them and see if this is still possible, and thats money down not i'll maybe have 5 when its payday.

Most of the times pop-rivets are used to fix the caps on the sleeves. Simply drill the rivets out and it will come off without issue.

Correct said! About the above dimensions...are these the same dimensions as the TSR's ones, Tony?

Also, Sam informed me that there is another option which maybe not require the minimal 6M. I asked him to put some details here so we can compare it to the carbonmods option.

As discussed Jas. I'm in for a set for the dimensions of the TSR cans. I could do with one a different size for my Beet system either way I want either two or one.

I call into carbonmods regularly in fact i was up there today and as far as i know they only supply a carbon finish sleeve not kev/carbon and these have a very shiny finish with a spiral feel/look (like a fishing pole).

Ive been working on the Kev/carbon tube and i promise i will sort it asap.

Its money that stops me getting it done as the carbon cloth alone is £25 then i have to add resin and all the other stuff but ive not quite perfected it well enough to sell and a slightly off one sets me back a small fortune.
Ive just got a load of new stuff today and am 95% ive sorted a method so if no 6m tube is available i can still work something out.
If they were one sided like panels it would be easy, its the fact that they are cylindrical that makes it a ball ache!!

@Chris, keep us all informed on the progress you make on these Kevlar sleeves. I have see your prototype one at Tony's place last year. Although not perfect, it should work. Basicly the demand is for the TSR sleeve dimension to replace them.
