Looks to be, the only things I'm missing now are the fixing bolts to the frame and dog bone, could you possibly check to see what size bolts they are please? (M8, shaft length and thread pitch)

Less than 24hrs until I'm on the R1

I'm like a kid at christmas!
Got a few odds and sods, my rear wheel should arrive soon, just gotta wait until I have money again to start on it properly.

Everything is on hold for now with everything, rebuilding the NC30, going to any meetings/rallies, trackdays etc etc as the physio therapist thinks I may need surgery to fix my shoulder as there's some suspecting cartilage damage, meaning my shoulder can slip out of joint

will need to wait and see if I will need it, and if I do how long I'll be out of action. Not very impressed with the thought of missing out on stuff, but being fixed comes first I guess.

It's taking SO long for them to decide what's going on with this shoulder thing, I'm starting to get a little annoyed =/
I've found out that the rocking out of joint is called a subluxation, and I'm currently doing muscle exercises to stabilise it. Surgery is still an option if that doesn't work. I have however started on the NC again :D I swapped the forks back over to my NC35 ones, gave the top yoke a blast of satin black paint and bolted it all together. Last night is spent a couple of hours stripping back 20 year old electrical tape, and rewrapped with self amalgamating
tape, it now looks half decent.
I'm waiting on the sale of my R1 exhaust to go through, then I'll be buying HRC inlets from Rick O, plus a HRC jet kit, I already have the slides and carb tray (Thanks Alex!) I'm on the lookout for the fibreglass scoop, but that will have to wait for a bit. I started to fit the water/oil cooler, but soon realised I have the wrong O-ring, I need one from a Fireblade or CBR400, but the one I have is for the waterpump housing on a CBR600FH (free to good home if anyone wants it or knows someone that does?)
Aside from that, no real news, I'm waiting on the arrival of my spacers for the RC30 torque arm, then I need to modify the dogbone link, or make one with rose joints and threaded bar. I'll try and get some pictures up soon, it hasn't changed much, but progress is progress, right?

My crystal meth supply has run out

so I had time to mess with the NC again.
HRC spec carb tray with mesh to prevent small children being sucked into the motor, it takes MONTHS to sort out the paperwork when that happens, and takes more than that little box to explain it!
Yamamoto exhaust with carbon oval can and hanger
Back on the NC35 forks, plus re-taped loom :D
I was given the wrong bloody O-ring, hence the blue roll helping stop the mess. I'll be looking for some nice red hoses to replace the crappy stuff shown.
I gave the top yoke a quick blast of satin black, just to neaten it up :)
Chris has kindly made my top hat spacers so I can fit the RC30 torque arm, I just need to modify the little dogbone link and it should be ready to go on :D

Turned 21 yesterday, for my birthday I got...
... Nearly deaded by a Maserati GranTurismo

I overtook him, and as I was level with his door mirror he swung out really hard straight into me, I bounced off and onto the side of the road, crashed through a couple of dips (I know what I mean, and saying where won't help as it's only just down the road from home lol) and back onto the road, pulled over about a mile away and inspected the bike and his car, my clutch lever is bent, the undertray displaced and the front indicator scuffed, so I got away lucky, he got a trashed wing and door skin, so will be costing him a shit tonne more to fix, ringing tomorrow to ask him to sort me out for replacing the bits that are damaged. Maybe he needs a
I also have good news! I did a trackday at Snetterton on Thursday, got some pictures to upload to here, so will get on it after work tomorrow. I really enjoyed it, despite it being overcast, overcast, drizzle, RAIN!!!!!1!! and will definitely book another
