I'll try and see if I can get a pic of my modded R6 Rad tomorrow for you. I have the TSR exhaust and it touches the exhaust and I had to redo my brackets to keep it from hitting the rad which it did at first. But now it clears. And with the R6 rad I've never had a heating issue. Although I had to re-route the piping for it to accept the R6 one because it's backwards from the standard set up.
What Jets are you running on your set up? Needle position? What CDI also?

Cheers but dont worry, the TSR exhaust is now packed up in a box ready to be sent to Drunken Monkey.
done a bit more stuff as the front wheel is now fitted i was able to swap over the braided lines as the ones that came with the forks dont have the plastic coating thankfully the CBR ones were the perfect length then i was able to bleed up the brakes.
As the ZXR rad was a bit of a failure and after finding out that a Fireblade RRW rad was only 81/2" in height and curved (should give me about 40% more cooling) I'm on the look out for one of those as other than lengthening the brackets its a bolt on.
the only other things I did was cut down the mudguard and fit a new ignition switch as I broke the last one taking the yoke off
Thats it for a while as I cant do any more until the SES clip-ons I ordered this morning arrive and I'm working the next 8 days straight then I'm off to Thailand for a week :)

Nice one...
I've gone for the fireblade RRW rad which will fit and is about 40% bigger.

Thats pretty funny Yak, I was looking at getting that exhaust but went for the FCR setup from the same bike. I like the way the exhaust tucks right in close to the engine.

Woo hoo clip-ons arrived today from SES and the brackets are underway but I've put my neck out so unlikely I will be able to finish them before my hols, working all weekend aswell
Here is a pic of the RRW rad side by side with the standard, looks like I'm going to have to just cut the brackets off the new rad as Honda seem to have used some sort of witchcraft to stick them down.
More updates soon with the fitting of the rad and I may even fit the new calipers as well if I can raise some cash for some new pads....damn they are expensive!!
