(Expected at Tokyo Motorshow, possible it is an compact electric powertrain footprint of an similar 600cc performance engine into 250cc frame, Ohlins TTX suspension, and maybe more?)...

Yeah, I saw the bike that day and just presumed is was modified RC30. Then, having just started using this website, read the 1st page of this thread and recognised the it straight away!
It was definitely the bike then! Lovely thing!
