Yep the older ones are longer available
They are supplied flat but i found if you carefully bend them round a spray can, let it spring back out and it then fits the can nicely. Just make sure you line it up on the spray can(so the TSR wording is straight) before bending it.
They look really nice, wish i could say that about the brand new silhouette lense covers that arrived with them which shattered when i attempted to drill the fixing holes

doh!!

Ohhh, no!!!

You mean those 100 quid silly lenses snapped/splintered?
I will check them out as soon as i have them in, Tony. Suggestion for the spray can is a go. Thx!
What else have you got received from Drew?

Well they look like silhouette parts and i very much doubt anyone would make repro's of them as each nosecone has slightly different shapped lenses. All is not lost tho, the fiberglass one i repaired and repainted and the perspex one i carefully superglued back together. The fiberglass one looks perfect but i'll order another perspex one sometime.

Reminds me how fragile some (trick) parts can be...and in other words that they are to me classified for their tailor made stuff.

draw around it and either email me, or post me the outline, I'll try and get hold of some nice thin perspex type stuff, and will try and make a couple for you to try, you could try heating the perspex with a heat gun and use the fibreglass one to take the shape from :)
I've always been told that you need a super sharp or super blunt bit for drilling perspex, always used super sharp bits, and never split a bit yet :)
My bits are due tomorrow, hopefully have pics in my thread of the shinies

They look ok now, once id calmed down and spent a couple of hours fixing and repainting them there do for now. Id post some pics up as the bikes all painted now but ive lost that dongle thing the memory card goes in
What ever drill bit you use make sure its on fast speed, dont use a cordless there not fast enough. Well mine wasnt anyway
