wiring loom routed correctly. new oil filter and plugs, fairing brackets in place, chain shortened, bought some replica stock style radiators. look just like stock although the top one isnt curved. 80 quid for the pair.
gave the pipe a quick clean. I'll blow out the dings sometime soon!
gave it a quick squirt of easy start and it fired for a moment.
the crash bungs aren't staying. id forgotten to send the bolts for plating DOH!

carbs cleaned. look beautiful.
its running stock needles with 0.8 shims, 35 pilot and 115 mains.
sounds rich although it ain't a stock engine and I'm assuming it will have had a trip to a dyno for set up. I'm only basing this on the fact the engine and chassis had a lot of money spent.
ordered new jets in those sizes so will give it a go and see how she responds.

rear caliper rebuilt.... well sort of. powdercoated, new seals, pins, rubbers. waiting for the carrier back from the vapour blasters.
went to fit the carbon hugger. oh what fun. not a chance with a rear 160 tyre. it was close with a 150 so will need some form of bracket to help it clear.

case converter online
had a spare translogic from a old zx250. bit of a pain to fit as translogic have lost their own wiring diagram! apparently the server went down and all the info was lost.
bit of trial and error and we have a fully functional dashboard :)

one thing still bothering me was the fork bottoms.
rubbed them down and gave them a lick of matt paint. come out great.
rebuilt the front calipers with fresh seals and ebc HH pads. replaced all those horrible stainless bolts with some black zinc ones. look much better

exhaust hanger sorted. clears the bodywork with loads of room to spare.
the exhaust has to come off tomorrow to weld some hooks on to make it spring loaded for that factory race look :)

Is this going to be raced, or road legal at the end of all this?
