Hi Greggo, i think its the fuel pump cut off relay. At work and no manual here so i cant say for sure. Cant imagine id have left the turn signal relay in

By the way, was it you that fitted the nc21 gear changer to your 29? I seem to remember someone doing it but cant find the thread now!

Yeah it could be the cut off relay. I can't remember which relay is where, cos there is one up around the clocks somewhere as well from memory!

Sorted the track tank out now with the fitting of the race fuel cap and fuel tap. New clutch cable fitted and adjusted. Started her up and was going to tootle up and down the close but was cutting out when i put it into gear. Took tank and seat off and went through the race loom again, eventually traced to a poor earth from the cdi. Maiden journey complete, all 10 metres of it.

So now im going to go over every nut and bolt again, then its just need to source some part worn 090s, then off to the local tyre man to get them fitted.

I believe Graeme was flogging some part worns cheap enough. What fuel tap are you using, might give one a try.

Loving the expansion bottle, do you have the HRC part number for that????

It loves the jobs i hate!

I think GF is selling 160 rears, so no good to me as i have the standard chain and sprockets. The fuel taps just the standard one mate. The Mr M bottle is temporary unfortunately. Will check that date in August.

I run 160 Supercorsa Pro's on my nc29. It's got standard chain aswell (525) haven't got any clearance problems, so go for it!

i have always used 160 rear on my 29, they fit straight in no problem, and are readily available off the racers

Oh, i have a part worn 160 supercorsa pro and been given a 090 part worn front. Would they be ok to use together?
Anyway ive now tidied the cabling to the clocks and warning lights, after soldering in the oil and neutrel leds. Got quite excited seeing that they work, i know small things etc.

Just noticed the rear sprocket is a 39t, damn

tyres would be fine even though they'r different brands the compounds are very simular, 39 tooth rear is standard i would go for 14 front and 40 rear for track riding
