they do, but you have to pay the prices the collector / hoarder with deep pockets is willing to pay.
I bought mine nearly 10 years ago now, and it was "new bike money" back then which was alot for a used RC30 as most average examples were still making over 5k then.
I figure judging on what others have sold for of late mine is worth around 12 - 14 tops which when you think about it is still new bike money so prices have not rocketed as such, just the RC is depreciation proof and a sensible choice of usable investment and still makes me smile today each time i ride it.

lol i know. I have been looking into the Kriega tank harness, so i am going to buy one.
Rick had a good idea with the spare seat unit, to get a fabricator to put some alloy mesh underneath and fibre glass it in situ to allow some weight on it.
buy skimpy underwear so i can get more in the tank bag, and ride with butt less chaps to combine daily riding gear with evening wear lol (party boy style, but with my build will end up looking more like dafyd from little britain).
All so i can carry 4 litres of oil which it will consume in europe.

Talk to Boris about the pants. I don't think even he has gone so far as assless chaps though.
