How much are the 3EN2 worth?
This looks quite nice but probably not to everybody's liking.

This is up for £800 and has been for a while and has been tidily done. The man spent about £1200 on it.
Trouble is location or I would have had it.

Here a few that might give you some ideas (blatently robbed from others) .Mind there's some of the "other things" on there.

Sort out a colour scheme you like, paint the bike that colour (say in white with red speedblocking) ,get the V5C (log book) out of the sock drawer,on page 2 in blue box where it says changes, submit new colour (insert white) sign ,date and post.
You are not stuck with the V5C's denoted colour for the duration of the vehicles existance!
If its just the tank cover thats tatty a reasonable one is not expensive, the postage costs more.I am on the point of buying one just for the filler surround ring, telling the seller to keep it and just to send the ring for £2 postage.

This could be your lucky day.

The bike is a 3en2, and your sure of that ??? Because the tank on a 3en2 will fit a 3en1 but won't work with the bodywork. I've got a tank shroud in my garage - it's in the standard black colour scheme

Yours for postage or pick it up from London.

No they're completely different bikes, although having said that the sprocket carriers are the same

This is a 3EN2 (which is the one you have)-

Image

and this is a 3TJ (1992 RR)-

Image

They're totally different. If you want your bike to look like a 3TJ, you should sell your bike and buy a 3TJ. I'm not trying to be harsh or a know-all (but I'm probably coming across like a proper cow!) but the bikes are so different it's just not worth trying.

Im after,

Brake Levers
Sprocket Nuts
Fairing Bolt Kit

Because this is a Grey Import the model years on the V5 can be wrong.

Try Wemoto for some parts http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/yamaha/fzr_ ... 01-/88-89/

Sprocket nuts - try these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110922950480? ... 1497.l2649

Fairing bolts - try these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-FZR-40 ... 2575078593

They don't make aftermarket rearsets

No - keep the airbox. The carbs need still air to work properly.

You can't fit xennon bulbs into your headlights because they're Japanese spec and use their own style of bulbs. What you can do is fit FZR1000 EXUP headlights which use an H4 bulb and take it from there. If you get these off the bay remember you'll need the lighting loom with bulb holders - I think the 3EN2 bulbs are rated at 35/35 watts, don't be temped into fitting high wattage bulbs because it can burn the wiring.

My airbox doesnt fit properly thats why i am running the 4 cones, it doesnt fit on the carbs properly it falls off when ever you touch it?

And i will be leaving the HID kit then and just put normal bulbs in? Where can i get them from?
