Rearwheel off, easy, shockabsorber off, not so easy.

The bolt that is connected to the swingarm is rock solid, can not get it off, so removed the bolt directly on the shock.

Shock is free now, but still in place, even though I remove it, space is still limited. 10mm bolts right?

Those nut-getter-offers look great,
but if you dont want to get them, i would try spraying on loads of WD40 or somthing similar, leave it to soak in over night, heat it up with a blow torch till really hot, then get a sharp drift or sturdy flat headed screw driver and try to knock it round. aim for the middle of the nut first hit to create a dent in the nut, then angle the drift/screw driver so that the next hit will (hopefuly) spin the nut round. this technique has worked many times for me on similar nuts and would require lots less dissmantling.

any idea why there is no 12mm or 15mm in that set on ebay? 12mm is pretty common no?

Too late, nuts were cut of long ago :)

But the best news, THE MANIFOLD IS OUT!

What a task, would never have expected three rusty nuts to take that much time to get sorted.

Hi The sets on ebay are half sets ,the other half are available sepratly . As the nuts that are being removed are usualy rounded and nackerd the half set should be close enough as the do taper in as they twist on the nut .
