Blue Hylomar is what I've been using.

Gonna split the casings soon but need to step away from the engine for a while and concentrate on getting the bike ready for Mallory.

If its the stuff that pulls off in strchy pieces dont use it, needs to be the non hardening stuff, usually black or brownish.

Old faithfull motor back in and torqued down, loom conected, carbs on, fresh oil, plugs and filter.
Just the exhaust to fit tomorrow and it should be up and running, then I have my snag list to do.

Managed to work out a way of storing the loom under the tank and that includes the starter relay and the really thick fuck off wires that come with the durbhan battery.



Speaking of which here it is all snuggled up in its box with my CDI.


Cooling system all plugged in.


Wires behind the dash all tidied and overflow bottle put in position although it's pissing me off as I can't get it to sit straight.


As you can see the top of it here and it's slightly on the piss....oh and all leccys working fine


Ludicrously high rearsets fitted, airbox and scoop in place.



Did loads of other stuff like fitted the front sprocket, throttle cables etc but it starts on the button like a good un so I'm well chuffed I have a bike for Mallory in a couple of weeks.

Still got a load of little jobs to do of which I'll keep you informed whether you like it or not.

Cheers, the abba is ok but only really use it when I'm putting engines in and out as its a pain in the arse to mount.

Some more stuff done today, had a fiddle with the dash and managed to set the shift lights to 12-13-14,000 set the temperature alarm to 100*c and also found a way to display the rpm in figures on the screen although I'm not sure about that as it did my head in when it was ticking over.
Also chopped up an old standard 29 seat to make a kind of mini pad to sit between the subframe and seat unit and taped it all up with gaffa you can just see it here...


Ran the bike up nice and hot today just to make sure we have no leaks anywhere, and I must say so myself it's feking great, it's the first time I've been able to sit on the bike with the seat unit and rearsets and I think the best way to describe it is 'focused' lol





Just need the exhaust hanger now and stick the seat pad down, check all the bolts, adjust the gear change, align the wheels and fit the bodywork.

I realised today I bought the wrong size rear sprocket I bought a 42 instead of a 38 lol, quite how I fucked up quite that badly I have no idea it will be fine for Mallory and possibly Donington but no good for Cadwell or Anglesea.

Well here it is all but the exhaust hanger

Well we are not done by a fair way started this today which is a modified MC21 radiator with is about 25-30% larger than the standard one and most importantly fits under the fairings



It needs the inlet and outlet pipes swapping over so this is now boxed up ready to be sent to get that done.

That looks really well mate, think you know im not a fan of tyga kitted bikes but that just goes to show when done right it can look stunning
