Drunkn Munky wrote:As above, Twat it with a hammer but its likely the weight of the swingarm is putting stress on the linkage making the bolt seem tighter than it is. Hold the hub with your left hand moving the swingarm up and down slightly while twatting your hand with a hammer.

top one, i even cut my allen key so its just straight, plugged it in 8mm socket and to the socket wrench, and still will not move... i also prayed lots of shock & unlock.. no help.

Hammer and drift. BE CAREFUL not to damage the threads!
Put the nut back on for a couple if threads, and hit the nut rather than the thread.

For the record there not a standard m10 bolt/nut there fine pitch so bare that in mind. Especialy the top and dog bone mount as the heads are part of the mount

That will fuck up the threads too if you hit it too hard.

Please tell me you have something other than the rear stand holding the bike up.

Please, just bolt it back together & sell it.
Go buy something newer, preferably with a warranty so you don't have to 'fix' it.
I'm not being mean or nasty, but its the best idea.
I'm all for people learning by trial & error but there's a limit
If you keep on working on your bike, I wish you good luck.

Why are you taking the shock out? To clean it..or have you another to fit?

Make sure that you clean the linkages and so on - nice and spanky this bike needs to be when you finish.

I love how these threads drift, from disc to shock in 20 odd pages.

Ersan have you fitted the spring to the shock?

And that chain is horrendous.

Rapists and murderers in the 1700's got locked up with shinier chains than that!
