right finally got round to doing a bit more on the bike, forks are back on new valves, springs and oil, cbr6 rear shock fitted sprayed the fairings and got them fitted today


need to make an undertray somehow any ideas how to go about this anyone? also need to get hold of a tyga front fender

made a bit of progress with the undertray, started with a pair of tights

fitted over the seat unit hugs all the curves perfectly, then applied some fiberglassjust a thin layer to get the shape then i cut it out with a stanley knife

then a couple more layers of fibreglass to strenghen it up, once dry a thin layer of filler and sanded down for a nice smooth finish

just need to make some fiberglass mounting points on the inside of the seat unit and a lick of paint

had a couple of weeks on early shifts 2am starts so not touched it really will get some pics of the subframe up tommorow

Shifts suck, know what ya mean as im on lates this week lol. Mind starting in the afternoon means i get a few hours to tinker.
