Well worth putting a headlight relay in, too, if you can find a place to stow it.

Enjoy:

May as well add this question into this topic, but for future reference, what sizes etc are the sprockets and chain for the super four. I think the Teeth are 42 rear and 14 front, but how many links etc should there be on the chain and the likes. Just looking this kinda info for any future mods. Cheers.

On the CB1 it's 15/40 or 41 depending on USA or JP model, but 15/37 is a better combination for most riders; lose a little accelaration, reduce revs at motorway speed, save fuel, correct speedo over-read, which is a lot on that bike.

Standard sprockets and chain links for Superfour 15/42 110, Version R/S 15/45 112.

Thanks for the tip Aaron!
My CB400 NC36 has at the moment 15/45 108 wich deviates from standard 15/42 110. At 60 mph it revs at 6000 (5th gear), which I think is too high. I am quite partial to your argument of fuel efficiency. What sort of MPH vs revs did your CB1 (depending on gear) if you can still remember?
Thanks, Mansie
