the 21 and 24 are not the same animal and would be, for me, considered sports touring rather thah sports like the 30/35.
You would not really say that the rc24 is to the rc30 in the same way? Different animals for different purposes.
Aside from that - I would not turn down a cheap 21 or 24 - they are good bikes.
