Valves all sorted.next problem.coils getting very hot when i turn the ignition on.checked all my wires and i see nothing wrong.even the cdi was hot.theres nothing wrong with the spark.getting alot of spark but theres no pulse.constantly getting spark.

Not sure if this is the problem but i found the 2 pickup coil wires touching each other and now my new cdi is blown.think that might be the problem but now i need yet again a new cdi.

So i replaced the cdi today.stil doing the same thing.coils getting very hot.when i plug in my wires thats going to my coils into the cdi then everything is fine.when i plug in my wires from my pickup coil into the cdi with my coil wires then my coils are getting hot.please if anyone know where i can look next please tell me.

what's the dc voltage getting to the cdi? measure between orange and black/white wires.

Al 3 wires giving 12v.white,black/yellow and orange.
