There are a few bits on the bay but mainly on USA ....
There's a nice red / white tail for £50 though

cheers i'll have a look on the usa version to see if I can get anything, was looking at the old cheap Chinese ones but not sure if its worth the risk of cheap tat.
is the 600/750/1000 interchangeable with the 400?

You can fit a 600 3HE nosecone and fairing side panels on a Genesis and make it look acceptable.
The birdcage requires altering as the original mirror stay mount arms are in a different place.
There is nothing wrong with the Chinese panels that a bit of fettling wont cure..
A contributor on here, Kayla850, got some painted in her own design and I could not fault the finish.
You could not buy the paint for what they cost.

I came across a mangled plug thread on my bike as well and thought I'd share my solution to anyone who also has the problem. I took an old spark plug that fits the bike and turned it into a tap as I didn't have any taps that fit the plug thread. Turning it into a tap just involved cutting a groove in the threads of the plug.
To prep the bike, I made sure the exup valve was open, rotated the crank until the exhaust valves were open on the affected cylinder, took the end can off, stuck a rubber fitting snugly in the pipe with about 5 psi to blow any swarf out the plug hole not caught by the tap wax.
When I was cutting it, I made sure to back the tap out completely a couple times to blow out any shavings. Afterwards, the plug went in silky smooth. I'll post a picture of the plug tap I made if I can find it laying around the shop.
