What disc do you use for the frame ?

If you mean angle grinder disc I used a 1mm Inox cutting disc. Very easy to go wrong though if you are not proficient with an angle grinder.
I would rather have used my dremmel with the cutting disc, but couldn't find the mandrel to hold them.
