Nice and rusty!!!! i'd use a wire brush in a drill to get that off, and put loads a copper grease on it when you've finished cleaning it up so it doesn't start rusting again! Prob best clean the inside of the wheel up with a metal scouring pad aswell.
Exhaust looks good.

Cheers ian. I got the inside of the wheel cleaned up lastnight and new tyres fitted so all good with that. And aye ill give it a shot with the wire brush on the drill. Cheers matey!

you'll know when it goes back on if its going to come off next time easily - should just slip straight on, no friction/grabbing.
